1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

2User Eligibility

To register and use the talas89 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration.
• Residing in or physically located in Malaysia when using the Platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from using online betting services.
• Never previously had an account closed or blocked at talas89 for fraud or terms violations.

Talas89 reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of age at any time. You may be required to submit a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or a valid passport. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.

3Registration & Account Management

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on talas89. Registering more than one account is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and winnings held within them.

During registration, you are responsible for:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full legal name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address.
• Keep your account password confidential. talas89 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a shared or compromised password.
• Notify talas89 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Keep your account information up to date whenever there are changes, especially your phone number and bank details for withdrawals.

Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or when the withdrawal amount exceeds a certain threshold. This is a standard procedure implemented to protect your account security and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Talas89 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. Currently accepted methods include:

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. No daily deposit limit is set for standard accounts; however, talas89 reserves the right to impose deposit limits as part of its responsible gaming programme. All deposits are credited to your account within seconds of a successful payment confirmation.

Talas89 is not liable for any payment delays caused by technical issues on the part of the payment service provider. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact our customer support team with proof of payment for prompt investigation.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawal of winnings from talas89 is subject to the following terms and procedures:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified in the name of the registered user.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes. VIP Silver members and above enjoy faster express withdrawals.
• Talas89 does not charge any withdrawal fees for all listed Malaysian payment methods.

Before approving a withdrawal, talas89 reserves the right to carry out necessary security checks, including identity verification, account activity review, and confirmation that any applicable bonus rollover requirements have been met. This process is typically completed within the same timeframe as standard withdrawal processing.

In situations involving suspicious transactions or those requiring further investigation, talas89 reserves the right to delay the processing of withdrawals until the investigation is concluded. We are committed to resolving all investigations within a reasonable timeframe and will keep the user concerned informed of the status of their withdrawal request.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards Programme

Talas89 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated in each offer, including:

• Rollover (Wagering) Requirements: Each bonus carries its own rollover requirements. For example, a MYR 100 deposit bonus with a 10x rollover means you must place a total of MYR 1,000 in bets before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set timeframe within which they must be used. Bonuses that expire will be automatically cancelled.

7Betting Rules and Match Settlement

All bets placed on talas89 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except under specific circumstances determined by talas89.
• The official decisions of the relevant sports governing bodies — BWF for badminton, ICC for cricket, FIFA for football — are the final authority for all bet settlements.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bet settlement will follow the specific rules established for each sport and tournament.
• In the event of a cricket match interrupted by rain, the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method as applied by the ICC is the official determinant of the result. If a match is abandoned without a result, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

For in-play betting, odds are updated in real time based on how the match unfolds. In-play bets confirmed before any suspension or technical fault will be settled according to the odds at the time the bet was accepted.

8Prohibited Conduct & User Behaviour

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the talas89 Platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Conducting money laundering through repeated deposits and withdrawals without any meaningful betting activity.
• Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account.

• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using another person's credit card or payment method without their authorisation.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors in the odds system or games for unfair advantage.

Any winnings obtained through means that violate the rules above are void and will be forfeited in full. talas89 also reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the relevant Malaysian authorities, including Bank Negara Malaysia and the police, where necessary.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Any valid remaining balance will be returned to you within the stipulated timeframe, subject to the settlement of all active bets and fulfilment of the applicable withdrawal conditions.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of the Terms, talas89 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances, including any unwithdrawn winnings and bonuses, without compensation to the user concerned.

12Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The talas89 Platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we strive to keep the Platform running 24/7 without interruption, talas89 does not guarantee that the Platform will always be free from technical issues, outages, or errors.

Talas89 is not responsible for:

• Any losses incurred as a result of service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet infrastructure issues, natural disasters, or government directives.

The official language of these Terms is Bahasa Malaysia. In the event of any conflict between another language version (if available) and this Bahasa Malaysia version, the Bahasa Malaysia version shall prevail.
